7 Day FitCamp@home Holiday Workouts

Happy Holidays

Here is a week of workouts that you can do at home during the holiday from FitCamp. They are all 10-12 minutes long so you have no excuses.  Do a warm up and then the workout of the day. You can add on the ab blast and / or the finisher or do 2 workouts back to back. Make sure you take it easy and foam roll & stretch on one of the days.
