FitCamp@home - March Body Weight Workouts

March 4th-19th

These video workouts have been split into 10-12 minute blocks of work and are follow along.

You can use these workouts in many ways depending on your level of fitness and goals. (Refer to guidelines in the support group )

Please make sure that you do a warm up first - there are 2 warm up videos that you can follow along to (see links on page) or you can do your own warm up.

There are starter & finisher blocks that you can use before &/ or after the main 10 minute workout to create a 30-45 minute total workout.

The exercises are all body weight only.

You may need a mat, a step / bench or chair to make the exercises easier / harder.

There is also be a pdf document of the workout that you can download so that you can do the workout offline. It will explain the workout and will have links to the exercise library so that you can familiarise yourself with the exercises.
