FitCamp@home - Members Workouts
Access all of our online High Intensity Interval Training ' follow along' video Workouts. The workouts are all 10-13 minutes long. They are the workouts used in our online Body Transformation Programmes. Along with the video there is a printable list of the exercise so that you can still do the workouts when you have no internet access. The workouts progress from beginner to advanced. Most of exercises are body weight only and the more advanced workouts have the option to include dumbbells, steps, skipping and swiss ball work to further increase the intensity of some of the exercises. There are 6 months worth of workouts (over 110) which are all accessed via the members area of the Combined Fitness website. Access is by subscription of £9.99 / month which can be cancelled at anytime.
