These are short finisher circuits that can be done after a 10 minute workout to increase the intensity and duration of your workout. Most of theses circuits will lead to a build up of 'Lactic Acid' - The burn that you feel in your muscles.

We add these to our workouts as the lactic acid releases growth hormone, which commands the body to utilise fat for fuel.  This type of exercise will also put you into EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). This means that  you can continue to burn fat after you have finished exercising.

There are 4 levels of Finishers with 1 being the easiest.
