Warm Ups & Finishers
Before you start any of the Workouts you need to prepare your mind and body by doing a 'Warm Up'. Use the follow along videos as a guide to teach you the basics of how to prepare for a high intensity workout. A warm up should include a pulse raising activity to increase the heart rate and get the blood pumping around the body faster which will raise your body temperature and make it easier for the next stage which is to mobilise the joints and free off any tight muscles.
After you have done your workout there are a few finishers that you can try.
