Fit to Challenge Programme
How would you like to transform how you look, feel and perform in 12 weeks?
We have a huge opportunity for 10 people who are ready to challenge themselves to join our Combined Fitness Community to radically transform their body and take their fitness and confidence to the next level.
Fit to challenge is a programme specifically designed for people who are frustrated from exercising hard & not getting the results that they want.
It is for those who want to significantly improve their:
- and complete a competitive challenge
It is not easy to get yourself into really great shape or to keep improving your fitness and competition results BUT it is achievable and it is simple.
The reason you have not achieved this is probably down to some of the following reasons:
- You have not had a high level ‘female' performance coach and a training group to help you work harder.
- You do not know the quantities of proteins, fats and carbohydrates that you should be eating each day.
- You do not stick to a nutrition plan for longer than a couple of weeks
- Your training plan stays the same for more than 4 weeks.
- You do not lift heavy weights.
Our Fit 2 Challenge Programme will take care of all these we will:
- Educate you on the nutrition systems that athletes use to train, get lean and perform at their best.
- Help you record and track your nutrition and teach you how to make changes so that you continue to get results
- Teach you how to use kettlebells, how to move and lift safely and will coach you through up to 5 specifically Programmed sessions a week to get you maximum results.
- Get you physically & mentally prepared to take on a new challenge or an adventure race.
