This workout can be done at home in a small space. First you will need to warm up.   �

Warm Up
5 minutes Jog or skipping or marching or 2 mins up & down stairs

Single arm windmills forwards (10 each arm)
Single arm windmills backwards (10 each arm)
Arms crossing in front of the body (10)
Lateral lunges (5 each side)
Basic stretches

Circuit – demo & circuit on the video

Circuit : In to the Wild (9) – 25s/10s x 3 
1. Alternate leg lunge
2. Jumping jacks OR 1/2 jacks
3. Dips on the floor → with one leg up
4. Mountain climbers
5. Squats → power (jump)
6. Press ups → From knees or → wide & narrow
7. Jump & twist
8. Burpees → Jump & press up
9. Hamstring kicks

Take 1 minute REST then repeat once or twice

Abs (Not on video)
16 Ab curl
8e/s Cross sit ups extended arm
16 Crunchies
16 Torso twist → touch each side
16 Chinnies
8e/s Side raises
16 Plank walk ins

DON’T FORGET TO WARM DOWN & finish with some STRETCHES
