As modern women we put ourselves under a lot of pressure to please everyone.We want to feel like we’re giving 100% to our job, our their home life, our children, partner without compromises and feelings of guilt at giving less than 100%
As humans we will do anything to fulfil our core needs and that can be in constructive healthy ways or in destructive and unhealthy ways. The problem is when we are exhausted, tired and stressed from trying to balance everything.
We look for the quickest and easiest way to make us feel better. We can order food, a movie or something to be delivered at the click of a button.
We can get likes and compliments with a simple post or photo on social media. We can get gratification from these these things almost instantly. Where as working on our relationships, to build connection and to gain others love requires a lot more time, effort and energy.
Confidence levels and self worth are at an all time low. We are more body conscious than ever. These insecurities are holding us back from communicating effectively and feeling connected and lovable. So we seek instant comfort from the quick fixes instead. The destructive way to getting our needs met.
When all we really need to do is build and protect our ENERGY and CONFIDENCE.These are the vital ingredients to improving your relationship with yourself and others.
The good news is that they can both be improved with just a few tweaks to how you go about your day.
10-20 mins of exercise, eating nutrient dense foods, setting goals, monitoring your progress and recording your small successes every day are simple ways to build your energy levels and confidence.
