Equipment – Skipping Rope

1) Skipping

2) Burpee (arms go out & flat when on floor) (dead man burpee)

3) Skipping

4) Burpee – 3 side jumps     (Repeat)

5) Skipping

6) Burpee with press up & 4 alternate arm back touches – jump up

7) Skipping

8.) Burpee & 8 sprints

9) Skipping

10) Burpee – jump forward &back  – burpee – jumping jack –corkscrew L&R, jump (Repeat)
