1) Burpee with press up

2) Chinnies (half time) – jacknives

3) Wide to narrow burpee – jumping jack

4) Shoulder sizzler

5) Corkscrew burpee – jack together jack together

6) Russian Twist  (side-to-side & over legs with dumbbell)

7) 4 Power squats F&B – burpee

8.)  Plank to pike

9) Power jumps in a square – 2 squat thrusts

10) High knee sprint (with dumbbells)
