Body HIIT 2  50s/10s

Equipment – Mat

1) 4 Power squats – 4 squat thrusts

2) 4 Press ups – walk 2 arms forward – press up – walk 2 arms back (try drag feet)

3) 8 High knee runs – 8 fast low knee runs

4) 4 Ski jumps – 4 Wide to narrow squat thrusts

5) 4 Tricep dip square

6) 123 side step sprint (1 2 3 hold)

7) 4 L Corkscrew burpee –2 cross jacks (Repeat on Right)

8.) Press up cross overs – move arms with cross over (feet still)

9) High knee sprints (move forwards & backwards)

10) Jack Knives
