Workout   – Killer Core 50s/10s

Equipment – mat, (Optional; dumbells , step & swiss ball)

1) 8 hill climbers – 2 Press ups (Raised leg)

2) Abdominal curl with dumbbell (on Swiss ball)

3) 8 Pike to plank – 8 rotations

4) Alternating single leg raises with dumbell

5) 8 leg wide hill climbers – 2 Press ups (Raised leg)

6) Jack Knives (can modify)

7) 4 Squat thrusts – 4 Wide to narrow squat thrusts – 4 corkscrews (hands on step – easier)

8.) Abdominal rotations  – 8 each way (dumbbell behind head & on a swiss ball)

9) 6 Mountain climbers – 4 arm raises

10) Raised leg toe touches
