- Hill climbers
- 4 Power squats f-b, 4 wide to narrow power squats, 4 rotations
- pike to plank
- 4 power jacks, 4 wide to narrow burpees (no jump)
- High knee running
- 8 Tricep dips in a square
- Jump -5 power switch squats – jump turn & repeat
- Press up – single knee hill climber
- 8 Sprint – 8 squat jumps repeat
- Corkscrew burpee & jack cross
