Basic Body HIIT – 50s/10s

No equipment

    1. Hill climbers
    2. 4 Power squats f-b, 4 wide to narrow power squats, 4 rotations
    3. pike to plank
    4. 4 power jacks, 4 wide to narrow burpees (no jump)
    5. High knee running
    6. 8 Tricep dips in a square
    7. Jump -5 power switch squats – jump turn & repeat
    8. Press up – single knee hill climber
    9. 8 Sprint – 8 squat jumps repeat
    10. Corkscrew burpee & jack cross
