Metabolic Conditioning 2 – 35s/10s

Equipment – Mat, (Dumbells)

 

1) Diagnol chop (half time e/s)

2) Burpee with jump & squat

3)  V-Sit (Hold) & Dumbell shoulder press

4) Upper body gliders / down dogs

5) Lunge & push up with weight

6) Wide to narrow burpee with jumping jack

7) One arm row (halfway change sides)

8.) Leg  Gliders / squat thrusts

9) Curtsey with weight

10) Corkscrew – jack cross jack together

11) Bicep Curls ??

12) Russian twist both sides then tuck

13) Corner lunges with weights

14) Burpee with press up – sprint

15) Tricep Extensions???

16) Jack knife to star position (legs raised off floor)
