Equipment – None (Mat)

 

1).Walking lunges forward & turn round & back

2).Hand Walkouts – press ups & hand walk backs

3). Pike to plank – side -Middle –  side – middle- rotation – middle- rotation etc

4). High knee lift to reverse lunge – lateral lunge- rpt other leg

5). Superman arm raises out  & then across body

6). Curtsey squats or lunges

7). Hill climber combination – 4 cross knee- 2 single leg – 2 side taps

8). Reverse lunge & squat – rpt on other leg

9). 8 Tricep dips, 8 leg circles?

10).  Squat -hands down – step back- step in – stand up
