Equipment – optional Swiss ball

2 reps of each exercise, 4 reps of each exercise, 6 reps of each exercise, 8 reps of each exercise, 8 reps of each exercise, 6 reps of each exercise, 4 reps of each exercise, 2 reps of each exercise

1) Toes touches with Swiss ball between thighs (from full extension)

2) Jack Knives

3) Squat thrusts or gliders

4) Spiderman – bring knees forward outside of elbows
