Skipping HIIT – 50s/10s

Equipment –Skipping Rope, Mat (Optional Dumbells & Swiss ball)

    1. Skipping
    2. Press up with toe touches – ½ time switch sides
    3. Alternating single leg raises with dumbell
    4. Skipping
    5. Dumbell get ups. – kneel down & get up / squats
    6. Swissball pullovers with a weight
    7. Skipping
    8. Single leg burpees 25s each leg
    9. Leg raises & bottom lift
    10. Skipping
