Equipment –Skipping Rope, Mat (Optional Dumbells & Swiss ball)

- Press up with toe touches – ½ time switch sides
- Alternating single leg raises with dumbell

- Dumbell get ups. – kneel down & get up / squats
- Swissball pullovers with a weight
- Skipping
- Single leg burpees 25s each leg
- Leg raises & bottom lift
