“I was made to feel very welcome when I first arrived, the time location at the Pavilion is ideal for me to fit in with work and the sessions are great fun. The class is suited for all levels with each exercise having a hard option and even though I play sports regularly, in the first 5 week the combination of circuits and stretching exercises has improved my overall fitness. As a runner my cardiovascular fitness is quite good, but I wanted to tone up my upper body and stomache. The Bootcamp sessions allow everyone to work at their own level, and after just one term I feel that my core strength has definitely improved – I can manage more press-ups than I used to! The sessions are fun and sociable and Kerry motivates without cracking the whip!
