Time to Live

Had a few challenges this week in my coaching that has made me reflect a little  on what I am doing and why I am doing it.

It is good to do that from time to time.

I have had to stand up for myself  so that I can do what I think is best for me and the people I help.

As you know I love to learn and pass on my knowledge to others and I want to continue to do that.

I have listened to lots of successful coaches over the years and it has been coaches in the fitness industry more recently that have really helped me move forward and taught me to value myself & time.

Time is a non-renewable resource.

You can get more of anything in life  but you can not get more time.

It is precious so do not waste it.

Live the life you want not the one you think you should be living……Only do things if there is a tangible benefit now and in the future.
(John Spencer Ellis)
Every moment wasted is a moment that you could have used to feel better, to learn and improve, to help someone, to educate, to look after yourself, to spend time with your family or a loved one.

All of this has been in the forefront of my mind as I have dealt with my coaching issues.

Don’t waste your time on negative people.  Surround yourself with the right people who you enjoy being with and who challenge you to be better and grow so that you can get more out of your life.

Remove the distractions and get rid of the things that don’t matter.

Remind yourself daily to be more efficient with your time, and ask yourself how can you best use your time, what can you learn and improve.

Gain clarity and focus on what you want from life, believe in yourself and go for it.

I am not interested  in helping time wasters who are just after a quick fix or those who are not committed to improving themselves. That is why all of our Fitness Programmes are application only.

If you are ready to make some changes apply  for our next Transformation Programme
